I live outside of Harris County, where downtown Houston is located. Not ever dealt with the court system for that county, I wasn’t aware how many buildings they had for criminal, civil and family courts. Close by is a parking garage where we made our way to the top for a view of downtown Houston. It was a very breezy night, so I’m glad we had sturdy tripods for the long time exposures.
