On a recent night excursion into the jungles of downtown Houston, I did something I don’t do much. I took the wide-angle lens off. Okay, it was just for a few minutes. I was afraid I might have some sort of negative reaction if I left it off for too long. But during that time, I did mange to shoot a few telephoto shots of the skyline. It’s really quite interesting to zoom in tighter for a view of the building tops. Houston is a mixture of new and old and no two buildings are alike. It’s much like it’s population, diversified.
