Old trucks remind me of old war veterans. They may have been around a long time and show some wear and tear, but you have a lot of respect for them and appreciate the service they have been through.

If only old trucks could talk. There is no telling what stories it could tell; where it’s been, what it’s hauled and more. It’s okay if an old truck isn’t all clean and shiny like an old classic car. The rust and scratches give it character. You just bet that if you keep the engine running, it might just go another fifty years.

This old International L-150 was found at the Sugar Land Farmer’s Market, just outside the old Sugar Refinery.
