Sunsets are the prettiest when there are clouds to reflect colors from. Naturally, the evening of our photo walk had a clear sky with no clouds. So you make the best of it and take advantage of the colors at dusk. Fortunately, the Houston City Hall was lit to highlight a banner promoting “Tutankhamun: The Golden King and the Great Pharaohs”, coming to the Fine Arts Museum later this year.
Very nice photo. I love the way the timed exposure makes the water feel like it is flowing. Was that from a fountain or the wind?
There wasn’t a fountain, so it had to be the wind. Our weather has been unusually dry and breezy the all spring and now into the summer. The breezes have kept the clouds away too.
