Sometimes a different viewpoint of the same subject can be just as interesting, but in a different way. This sunrise, framed by the Pensacola Beach Fishing Pier, was shot moments before “Sunset Under the Pier“, but with a much stronger lens. Which is better? You decide. I like them both, for different reasons.

Those that follow my blog know that I’m fond of the wider angle shots, but I’m trying to learn to see the closer viewpoint too. The problem now is I want to carry two cameras with different lenses all the time.

Maybe I can hire a caddie, like the golfers do. He can carry my camera bag and hand me my camera, anticipating my every move. A guy can dream, can’t he?
