There is something magical about the fermenting process that changes a few simple ingredients into beer, wine or other spirits. There is also something cool about seeing a large storage celler of bottles or large kegs. The thing I like about wooden kegs, or barrels, is the wood of course. The grain, the color and the fact you have a round object made out of wood seems unique.
