While there may be no one in your rear view mirror, you might look up. Most major cities utilize some type of helicpoter on their police force. The City of Houston is no exception.

You can relax though. Unless you are participating in a high speed chase or just pulled off a bank heist, the odds of one really following you is quite remote.
