One Shell Plaza is a 50-story, skyscraper at 910 Louisiana Street in Downtown Houston, Texas. I remember when it opened in 1971 as the tallest building in the city. Now, it blends in with the other taller buildings, but with its lighter color, still stands out. At night these pylons light up the entrance on Smith Street.
