The Houston Zoo has a new event for the holidays. They light up the trees and special attractions in over a million lights. Zoo Lights creates quite a sight as you roam about at night and is a treat for all ages. Don’t expect to see many animals though, as it is dark and the Christmas lights don’t afford much light on the habitats. But if you go expecting to be amazed at the trees, pathways and displays, you won’t be disappointed. The art car is on display close to the entrance as you start your tour.
