Most people that have never been to Houston have no idea how large it really is. This view from the west side of downtown shows only a portion of the buildings there. Then there are other areas that have additional buildings, such as the Texas Medical Center and various business districts surrounding the city. At sunset, the buildings come alive in colors and lights. This view over Buffalo Bayou is looking east, towards the west side of downtown.
