Last week, I took our border collie to the vet, and as a reward for good behavior, we swung by the dog park for an hour. It was a beautiful morning, so the park had lots of visitors. As much as I like our border collie, I saw this Australian Shepherd that really caught my eye. “Flynn”, is named after Errol  Flynn, the Australian actor. (I guess the owners liked that better than ‘Crocodile Dundee’). His coat was thick and multi-shades of brown, grey and white.  Flynn is still a pup and had the energy to prove it. He only stood still long enough for the photo, because I was holding a ball he was waiting for me to throw!

Our dog, Misty, and Flynn did play for a bit. Okay, Flynn chased Misty around. Misty is a few years older and still a bit shy around the other dogs, but she is getting the hang of it. I think we will be back again soon.
