For me, my first visit to the Air and Space Museum was like a pilgrimage to the holy land. I just knew I belonged there and what I saw bordered-lined on being sacred. The history represented in this place was almost too much to absorb in one visit. There were airplanes I instantly recognized, but others I had no idea what they were.

This plane is one such example. The best I can guess, this is a cut-away on how planes are built. The color and structure of the wood attracted me to take the HDR sequence, but I didn’t notice any reference sign. Please comment if you have an idea. Either way, I thought it was unique. Maybe I need to go back so I can find out for sure? Yep, sounds like a plan.
