During the winter months, you have to worry about the flu season. Some people take shots to prevent it, while others just take their chances. You finally make it through winter and then you remember, Spring is coming and with it comes baseball fever.
Most people with blood cursing through their veines get at least a mild dose of it each year. For some people though, it’s much worse. Their entire focus is directed to a large, man-made diamond, score sheets and long sessions in front of the television. If they are not in front of the TV, they can be found at the ball field or stadium. Family members do their best to endure the duration of the “illness”, unless of course, they succumb to the same fate.
